Damaged in Transit

• If you receive a damaged or broken piece, you must inform us within 42 hours of delivery.

• Please email us with:

• Clear photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the packaging

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same piece.

Note: Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Damage or replacement requests may not be accepted without an unboxing video.
