Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece that leaves our hands is made with intention, handcrafted, inspected, and packed with care. If yours doesn't arrive that way, we want to make it right.


Domestic Orders

If your jewellery arrives damaged in transit or if you've received an incorrect piece, please reach out to us as soon as you receive it. Send us clear photos and your order details and we'll take it from there.

  • Manufacturing defects must be flagged within 24 hours of delivery
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for transit damage or incorrect items only
  • The piece must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  • All requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

International Orders

We ship worldwide with care. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to hear from you.

Write to us at richaabaisa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and order details, and we'll resolve it together. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Once your return is approved, the quickest way to get your replacement is to place a fresh order. Exchanges are processed after the returned piece passes inspection.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take a little additional time on their end.

If 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't seen the amount, write to us at richaabaisa@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Each Richa Baisa piece is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, or stone placement are a natural part of the making process, not a defect. They're what make your piece yours.
