Crafted in brass with hand-blown glass, the design unites the serpent and the bloom in a single sculptural form, celebrating protection, transformation, and contemporary craftsmanship. Handcrafted in Jaipur, every pair is made to order.

Each piece is crafted specially for you once your order is placed. Our process involves careful handwork, finishing, and quality checks, which take 15–20 days. Once your piece is ready, it will be dispatched within 3 business days, after which delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location.

Damaged in Transit

• If you receive a damaged or broken piece, you must inform us within 42 hours of delivery.
• Please email us with:
• Your order number @richaabaisa@gmail.com
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same piece.
Note: Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Damage or replacement requests may not be accepted without an unboxing video.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be covered for replacement shipping.
• Replacements are only applicable for damage that occurred during transit.

Glass elements are delicate and may develop minor scratches, marks, or cracks if dropped or handled roughly. Such wear and tear due to usage will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
